1. Skipping existing channels import when grouping by satellites (#127).
2. MPV module correction to work with API ver.2.
3. IPTV description tag correction (#144).
4. Minor style correction for filter items (#145).

Updated libraries for macOS and Windows builds. These versions use MPV to play streams. All required libraries are already included in the packages. The set of libraries for the macOS version was taken from this source. It was made a rollback to an earlier version of the graphics library due to instability on earlier versions of macOS. Correct operation with macOS Ventura is not guaranteed!

All builds are not fully tested!
