This PR aims to create a minimal functional dasharo-sdk for HWIO24.
The problem with that optimization is that even if we move everything to the initial stage, then in the final stage, we have to provide a system in which coreboot can be built, so all dependencies have to be installed. That does not lead to a tiny system.
We have to think about an automated system for building this container, ideally in a reproducible manner using stagex.
