SDTTS

Simple Discord TTS is python script for using tts (text to speech) on Discord voice calls.

Requirements

• Python 3.10.2
• VB-Audio's Virtual Cable

Setup

1. Clone the repository.
2. Open Command Prompt as administrator and navigate to the project's folder. Run pip install -r requirements.txt to install the necessary Python packages.
3. In Discord, change your Input Device to "CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)".

How does it work?

The script is set to read messages as pt-br by default. It will read in english if the message is preceded by an *.
