Details

I finished the setup and got a Basic Smoke Test File to run in order to demonstrate that the test suite does have what it needs. I didn't get it setup in the GitHub pipeline because I believe that is a different story.

Test Plan

Scenario: Verify the home page is visible
    Given I navigate to the Login Page
    When the page loads
    Then I am on the home page and not logged in

The updates are confined to a separate section of the repo and (currently) have no impact on application. I can't easily test what is here, but it looks good and there is ample opportunity to test and fix this setup as more tests are created.
