This will help solve issues on Alma running on special Firewall rules (URM-166451)

Settings page improved to allow selecting the circ-desk from a list

Instead of typing the circulation desk code, it will now be a dropdown, populated once a library is selected.

Allow scan with department at the institution level.

Add option to the library drop-down: Inst. level

to be used with the department field.

Added work type params
