API v2

This version is substantial in using oof2win2/fagc-api-types and TypeScript to make sure what is returned from the API is expected. It has migrated from express to fastify, as that natively has TS support.

API v1

This is the first full release of the API. It is completely functional in this state and can be used by other tools in the FAGC family.
