Call of Emoticons: Batch Ops! (ಠ‿<)

• Now its possible to add multiple emoticons or tags in a single step. (Thanks to #7 for suggesting)
• Similarly, you can now delete multiple emoticons or tags.
• All of this is available in the Data Editor page (previously called Tag Editor).
• Minor change: Add/Modify emoticon bottom sheet should now show all tags from the database, even those that aren't used by any emoticons

Minor improvements ^_^

• Emoticons and tag editor page won't freeze the app anymore (by using async sqlite).
• Moved the "Refresh" option from Emoticons page menu to Settings page.
• Added 9 new emoticons.
