When constructing LegendaryCore, it checks whether the configured EGL ProgramData path is still valid and auto-disable EGL sync if it isn't... but only on non-Windows
Doing this on Windows as well is fine to do, and helps in cases where users enable the sync, forget that it's enabled and uninstall the EGL, and then complain why Heroic is no longer working at all
