- Feel free to add agenda items...
General discussion about how everyone is doing, mask wearing, unrest in the U.S. This ran a leetle longer than normal.

- Call for proposals is open until mid-next-week. Please send any ideas you have for content, even if they don't fit the existing topics. Islandora Online will probably be July-August - still working on scheduling.

MIG Sprint?
- MIG has a spreadsheet of mappings and a document that explains what happens to data during the migration to get them into I8 fields. However the YAML in the 7.x Migrate module and existing I8 fields don't match the MIG documentation. And the spreadsheet and document don't always match either.
- Proposing a sprint to get the documentation and the code to match. Hoping for some volunteers to help with the technical side since MIG has few people who can dig through the code to see where things go and how they change as they journey through the migrate process.
- Team-ups to work on aligning the MODS beginning, the middle transformation/Drupal fields, and the RDF predicate end.
- There is also a need for documentation to tell institutions which bits they need to change on either end (and where to find those bits) to customize the migrate process for their individual needs.
- Mark suggested automating the YAML generation if possible. Some code exists in https://github.com/whikloj/islandora_repo_reporter/tree/check_mods which could help. Please do NOT use this in production.
- Mark wrote https://github.com/mjordan/islandora_get_csv to help with his institution's cleanup project.
- Don has a wiki page started on how to change the mapping info - https://github.com/DonRichards/migrate_islandora_csv/wiki/Metadata-Fields-for-mapping
- Danny reminds us that these "default" modules are meant to be examples or demos of code, so that institutions can customize as needed.
- Action item: Rosie will do a gap analysis and scope some tasks for a discussion at next week's meeting.

Alexander demo: Linked Data Lookup Field https://drupal.org/project/linked_data_field
- Built to use with Library of Congress Subject Headings but has added some additional options to make it more generic so you can add other sources.
- Allows the use of any arbitrary source for autocomplete fields so you don't have to use taxonomies. (Taxonomy fields already do autocomplete)
- Sources are configuration entities and can be configured in the UI. A couple of endpoints are included, additional endpoints can be added via custom plugins.
- There is a sample query field in the config to check that your settings are correct and to see the query results from your endpoint.
- Would like to add this to Islandora, with some customization, but it needs to also remain a separate module that is useful for non-Islandora users.
- Planning to also add ID in the subject field widget and schema URL in the config.
- Everyone is very impressed and thinks this is a great module.
- Suggestions from Seth:
- Select multiple sources for the autocomplete on a single field
- Field formatter that does a local site search for the term rather than the source URL (or another local URL)
-
Issue Roundup skipped - We ran out of time.
