A Clojure library designed to validate applications for an insurance policy.
Insuricorp is about to launch a marketing campaign of a new "corgi cover" insuracenc policy. Only certain people are eligible to register for "corgi cover". To be eligible they must own a corgi and live in either Illinois, Washington, New York or Colorado.
This is the Challenge taken from the Enterprise Clojure course.
Prior to testing, please ensure to create the /resources/out directory.
$ mkdir -p /resources/out
