RG-K run 19692 had fits which were _stalling_: no errors or warnings. According to Daniel Carman, these timelines can be disabled, among others. This PR disables those timelines, and adds an exception to catch this run, should we re-enable these timelines in the future; no attempt to fix the stalling fits was made.
