Could you add a short description of what the PR does? I mean the title already explains most of it but it would be nice for future reference to have a short note on what is done in ana16BLpass4c and ana16pass4kf. Just to document the purpose and difference of those two production workspaces.

ana16BLpass4c reprocesses pass BLpass4c of 2016 data using KF tracking. It is ~10% sample of 2016 data
ana16pass4kf reprocess pass4 of 2016 data using using KF tracking. It is a 100% pass of 2016 data.
