Reason: Updated the NextJS documentation link to reflect the new URL structure in NextJS documentation. The old link was outdated and redirected to the new documentation. This change provides direct access to the current documentation, improving developer experience and maintaining documentation accuracy.

No functional changes, only documentation update.
