devmate/cli: Rename Ubuntu to Linux in GitHub Actions workflow. Added a new step to the CI/CD pipeline in the `publish-cli.yml` GitHub Actions workflow. The step renames the Ubuntu CLI artifact folder to Linux for better platform-agnostic naming. Signed-off-by: Nikolay Martyanov <[email protected]>
