Summary
After some time of inactivity, we've tested the module against the latest version of CMS made simple, fixed some bugs and made some improvements to the source code.

- Bugfix: Links inside wrapped content do not work, if pretty URL's are
disabled in CMS made simple.

- don't use duplicated translation files
- translated any source code comments into English
- made some syntax fixes
- tested against the latest version of CMS made simple (1.11.11)
