The goal of PATH Malaria & NTDs Technical Docs is to develop and maintain documentation of our analytical workflows both internally and externally. These documents will be shared on a in public blog at https://path-global-health.github.io/MNTD-tech-docs/.
Use case examples will try to rely on data is publicly accessible and well-maintained to ensure that they are relevant and reproducible. If internal data must be use, we will strive to provide either anonymized or simulated data within the post, or provide clear directions and code for generating data and reproducing the demonstration.
The blog is created and maintained using Quarto, a open-source and multilingual documentation platform built on Pandoc.
If you have an idea for a topic, please open an issue in the Github repository. In the issue you can provide as much details and examples as you wish, and tag contributors you think might be able to build on your concept.
We welcome any contributions (including from outside of PATH MNTDs). The primary method for contribution will be through Github pull request. If you wish to contribute through a different means or have any questions please either open an issue or reach out to one of contributors directly.
