Opening branch as part of fix for #106 At the moment still missing drug/experimental data
Currently untested as it is missing the sample matching component.

I commented out the mergeconflict in the HCMI data, though I'm not sure its correct. |

Before this is merged, @jjacobson95 can you run it to see if it validates? I run the validation script and it says its valid but I am not convinced. |

Does not contain non-chemo drugs at the moment. I need to add in additional drug AUC values and also reach out to author for other dose-response curves. Closes #106.
