InspireOS is an operating system built for the Raspberry Pi Pico. The datafiles are not OS images, they contain information about an InspireOS build. InspireOS is still in beta. It doesn't have a stable build yet. Some developer preview builds will be released, but the second one will be released once the beta builds are finished. InspireOS should run properly on a Raspberry Pi Pico/Pico W (with headers soldered), or on a Raspberry Pi Pico 2 (with headers soldered)
