Why?

• 在line上面有記帳機器人，但我討厭用line，所喜想到可以自己寫一支telegram的。至於為何不使用一般現成APP，因為有跨裝置需求。
• There is a budgeting bot on Line, but I dislike using Line and I thought of creating my own Telegram bot. As for why I'm not using a regular ready-made app, it's because I have cross-device requirements.
