- Updates the presets settings UX with various enhancements, label updates, new tooltips, and bug fixes
- Changes the way many settings are defined such that they will be "unmodifiable by presets"
- Changes functionality of the "restore defaults" button to delete the config.ini file and shut the program down, for a true settings reset
