Supports the following features:

• Can run ssh-agent.exe and set SSH_AUTH_SOCK and SSH_AGENT_PID as current user's environment variables
• Can add ssh keys to SSH Agent
• Can un/register itself to run at login, run the SSH Agent and add the keys
