Important notes

  • Partially tested (Windows 10 version 22H2, build 19045.2486)
  • Internet is required (the Python and VS Code installers are fetched from the internet, VS Code installs the Python extension from its internet repository, and pip installs libraries from the internet).

Changes

Installer

+ Modules now display which pip libraries will be installed.
+ At the end of a module installation, the installer will skip towards the next module automatically.

Usage

Initial version of the mipy distribution. Double-click on Install mipy for Windows (x64) and the installer will automatically install Python 3.11.5, VS Code and relevant extensions.

Builds

  • Default flavour (Python 3.11.5 + VS Code + essential modules)
    • mipy_1.0.1_win-x64.zip: Windows (x64), English-language installer
    • mipy_1.0.1_win-x64-fr.zip: Windows (x64), installateur en langue française
