Rikki's Koi Plugins v1.0

Initial Github release.
Will hopefully keep better track of updates and changes here.

Changes

• Color pickers in both KKPRimController and PPE fixed
  • They now work when darkness is not install on KK
  • PPE color picker now works properly in maker
• Fix letter spacing in PPE colorpicker (Thanks @starstormhun)
