New features, new UI example scene, some fixes
- Added second UI example scene
- Added option to automatically update window position based on user touch position (visually like parenting)
- Added settings for touch numbers to overall behaviour and to resizing&repositioning
- Fixed sometimes weird behaviour when multiple touches were present
- Documentation update
