As a Shop owner I when I login to the admin dashboard, I can see which subscribers, if any, are behind on payments

As a shpo owner, I can't quicky view which (if any) subscribers are behind on payments other than:

• becoming aware of missed payments from the automated failed payment notification emails
• viewing the 'balance' of an individual subscriber by vewiging the individual 'subscriber overview' page

As a Shop owner I when I login to the admin dashboard, I can see which subscribers, if any, are behind on payments because that's often more important to me than subscribers who are up to date (see epic).

• including the subscribers balance in the 'transactions' csv export
