Add more user controls and Lets user view Logs from vmaf in notepad

ffmpeg and vmaf are included in the .zip file as well as the model files that vmaf needs. This release adds more controls for the user to use and allows the user to view the logs from vmaf in notepad when the logs are ready to view.
