Proposed Changes

This adds the ability for people to add classlib/console/test projects using MiniScaffolds assumed structure.

To create an individual project, you can use the --outputType argument with one of the follow choices:

• projLib
• projConsole
• projTesting

This should make it much easier for new people to add projects without having to jump through too many hoops.

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
