Export explanations for cliques as an intermediate output directly from the intermediate files

add explanation support for normalisation decisions by optionally dumping a sssom file alongside a normalised kgx file that contains the mappings and their justifications that led to the normalisation decision, including IDS that were not normalised (using sssom:noTermFound). Maintaining good provenance for normalisation decisions is IMO the next big frontier in normalisation transparency. I would love it if you could take that on board.

I'm hoping #205 will meet this need in the next 0.5 years or so, but the improved customization Babel is the only way to really get this fully implemented, I think.
