Adding restart capability to AWSM by providing a restart_date_time to the ipysnobal section. The first ipysnobal output will be on the provided date.

Other changes:

  • had to change the gold tests to use susong1999 from marks2017 as marks2017 looks at the whole storm which may be truncated during a restart.
  • Created a test mixin for asserting against gold, this cleans up all the tests significantly
  • ability to output double or float output precision for netcdf, default to float
