Hi! Thanx for your work, it proved itself to be very helpful.
I've faced a need to use ФИАС in my project recently. After a while, I've managed to make your codebase work with Django2, and I hope to extract the fixes applied soon, so they could be merged into this project.
That being said, I'm opening this Work-In-Progress PR now. After the work is finished, I'll delete the
[WIP]mark from the PR title.
