I have added the file for Problem Practice of stack data structure

Fixes # 93

@ajay-dhangar can you elaborate on the change in level label here? Earlier it was level 2 but now it has been chaged to level 1. As I can see there have been significant changes made and the second commit helped to resolve issues with non-existing files, so why change labels?
