Added algorithm for [job-scheduling with deadline]

Description

Added the job scheduling with deadline algorithm under greedy algortims. The algorithm states that given n jobs, each job has a deadline and a profit associated with it. The goal is to schedule the jobs in such a way that the total profit is maximized while ensuring that each job is completed by its deadline. A job can only be scheduled if there is a free time slot available before its deadline. This program is w.r.t issue #1308 which is based on additon of this algoriithm.
