Implements a checker workflow for myco_raw. Huzzah!
Future work
Bringing data over into the pathogen genomics bucket isn't free, and it's a bit annoying, so most output data will be in a Terra workspace until we know output data won't change much as planned changes go through. Eventually outputs and inputs will live in a public bucket.
Additionally, more test data will need to be generated.
