This version corrects the issues we had with 3.1 upon release. If you're updating from a previous version of 3.1, just press "Yes" for missing files when loading your save file.

Performance improvements thanks to better tuned LOD settings

Lock overhaul requirements now work as expected (requires toggling on if upgrading from a previous version)

the frame rate is now uncapped by default thanks to the display SSE Display Tweaks mod, (still capped in the not-supported ENB configuration)
Creation Kit SE no longer a requirement to install the list
