feat: support AsyncAPI v3.0.0

Description

• convert AsyncAPI 2.X.X to the 3.0.0
• write uni tests
• update Readme with info about assumptions of conversion 2.x.x -> 3.x.x
• add option to generate ids (by passing custom function)
• convert refs of deep schemas in message's payload
• split some code in separate files (each version has dedicated source file)

Supported:

• tags and externalDocs in info object
• new channels and operations shape
• feat: unify all referencing mechanisms spec#852
• partially feat: request/response support spec#847
• convert channels and servers in components

TODO:

• wait for feat: request/response support spec#847
• wait for clarification of feat: replace server url with server host and pathname spec#888

That support doesn't have possibility to convert external refs, only local one, started by #/
