Add python-minecraft-data wrappers for commonly-used lists

We could add some wrappers around the python-minecraft-data package (https://github.com/SpockBotMC/python-minecraft-data) for some common lists, such as all block ids and all entity ids. This would allow us to replace some of the hardcoded lists in lookup.py, and would also point users in the direction of python-minecraft-data for more advanced data.
