DEM-276
Description
When the user wanted to uninstall an installed Dev Env that required at least
one tool image, which not existed anymore, DEM preseneted a wrong error message
indicating that the missing image is used by a container.
Instead, now DEM shows a warning that the image is not available anymore so
can't be removed and the uninstallation process finishes anyway.
How Has This Been Tested?
