Fix URLs in ecosystem.json

What changed? Why?

Added missing https:// protocol prefix to several URLs in ecosystem.json to ensure proper functionality of links.

Changes:

1. Stack entry:

• Before: "url": "stack.so"
• After: "url": "https://stack.so"

2. Hypersub entry:

• Before: "url": "hypersub.xyz"
• After: "url": "https://hypersub.xyz"

3. Franklin Payroll entry:

• Before: "url": "www.hellofranklin.co"
• After: "url": "https://www.hellofranklin.co"

Notes to reviewers

• URLs without protocol prefix may not work correctly in all contexts
• Adding https:// ensures consistent behavior across browsers
• Follows web standards and best practices
