remove accessibility, upstream, and schema links #102

This PR refers to canonical/open-documentation-academy#78 (comment)

It removes the following broken links:

  • 'PolicyAndProcess/Accessibility'
  • ‘Translations/Specs/UpstreamImportIntoUbuntu/FixingIsImported/setCurrentTranslation’
  • ‘attachment:TranslationsSchema.dia’
