[otel-integration] Add more attributes to the pod association for the k8s attributes processor #495

Description

Fixes ES-401.

Bumps the Collector chart to bring in the extra attributes used for the pod association in the k8s attributes processor.

This should add things like CronJob attributes in Job metrics, among others.

Local kind cluster.

I have updated the relevant Helm chart(s) version(s)
I have updated the relevant component changelog(s)
This change does not affect any particular component (e.g. it's CI or docs change)

According to the official documentation (see https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/blob/main/processor/k8sattributesprocessor/README.md#configuration), the default association rule is the connection IP, which is preserved here. New rules are added based on pod IP and pod UID.
