Since we have E2E tests available, we could extend the platform we run the tests on to a Windows OS.

Right now, the basic e2e tests do not require any special test env. or resources, so we could easily Add windows as another axes. We would need to also adjust the job type to matrix.

Please consider we have two workflows running e2e tests - e2e-tests-main and pr-check.

Another topic would be also distinguishing between smoke and all test suite when running on GHA runners or on Azure ones.
