Mobile Hotspot ip support added

This release fixes the following issues:

• Updated IP fetching URL which allows mobile hotspot users to fetch the IP which is v4 instead of v6 {this was an issue in ipconfig.co}
• Updated security group identification via group-id instead of group-name. This was an issue in some cases.

IPv4 supported implementation

This release consists of the initial code for fetching the public IP address (v4) of the user and updating the security groups at AWS
