Compatibility notes
-------------------

* User preferences for page saving were renamed from "capture.*"
  to "save.*".  Previous preferences will no longer work.


Changes since v1.13.0rc4
------------------------

Core changes:

 * Merged localization from legacy ScrapBook by Gomita, especially
   the change that replaced "capture" with "save".

Also includes some localization updates and added a little tooltips.
