What are you changing in this pull request and why?

Adding options to color text

There are three custom colors - red, green, and yellow

As well as the ability to customize the color

Implementation:

<TextColor color="#Place_hash_here"> enter text </TextColor>

Or

<TextColor className="text-color"> enter text </TextColor>

Or 

<span class="text-color"> enter text </span>
