New options have been added for nuclei detection and existing options simplified:

  • @ilastik (beta): incorporate a pixel classification workflow into your GIANI pipeline
  • @stardist (beta): use a trained StarDist model to detect your 3D nuclei within a GIANI pipeline
  • Advanced Nuclear Blob Detector: number of parameters has been reduced to just two to simplify the workflow
