Firefox 3.6-inspired CSS for 78ESR/79

Experience all the benefits of Firefox Quantum with the colorful toolbar goodness of Firefox 3!

Theme is designed and optimized for Firefox versions 78.15 - 79.0. MyPal 68 is also supported, with some caveats.
