This PR update the Kura SystemD unit dependencies both for standard and NN installers.

Description of the solution adopted: The
kura.servicefile has been updated in order to depend onNetworkManager,Modemmanageranddbus. A newkura.servicefile has been added for NN installer that depends only ondbus.
