https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17359

Description

Starting up the example cluster in cloud mode fails after the first 2-3 steps since RunExampleTool.java tries to launch the command with option --cloud as below. The script is expecting -cloud.

Starting up Solr on port 8983 using command:
"C:\Work\Git\ApacheSolr\solr\solr\packaging\build\dev\bin\solr.cmd" start --cloud -p 8983 -s "C:\Work\Git\ApacheSolr\solr\solr\packaging\build\dev\example\cloud\node1\solr"

Invalid command-line option: --cloud
