Otherwise, the server keeps the last congestion protocol asked by a client (-C option), applying it to the following clients not asking for a specific protocol.

Reset the congestion protocol between tests. Otherwise, the server keeps the last congestion protocol asked by a client (-C option), applying it to the following clients not asking for a specific protocol.
