Added two new AVEVA product versions to the OMF Version Support table: PI Web API 2023 SP1 and EDS 2024 both of which support OMF 1.2. Signed-off-by: Ray Verhoeff <[email protected]>

Sending OMF Data messages to the Edge Data Store 2020 resulted in the error:
One or more errors occurred. (The action 'Update' is not supported for OMF messages.)This has been fixed. The problem did not occur in EDS 2023 and EDS 2023 Patch 1.
This pull request includes an addition to the OMF Version Support table in the documentation. The newest AVEVA product releases have been added: PI Web API 2023 SP1 and EDS 2024, both of which support OMF 1.2.
